Nail Bar & Lounge in Avondale, AZ

After having a bad experience with another nail salon in the area, I went based on the reviews. This is the cutest little pedicure boutique!! They offer lots of beautiful colors, so many that you get confused and you want all of them. The ladies in the salon were extremely friendly, made you feel very welcome and great conversation. I am very picky with my nails and I made it very clear to the ladies about it-the great thing was the nail lady was extremely confident that she was going to be able to make me happy. I was lucky enough to get the lady Allie to do my dip nails with a tip and she did an amazing job and I couldn't be more happy with the finished product. The Seating areas are very comfortable and relaxing! Her pedicure was amazing, very clean and great attention to detail which is hard to find these days! Tried walking in but they are booked. Make an appointment! I got Dyanne, she is young, fun, and did a great job on my pedicure! This nail salon is upscale, clean, and actually spends time on their clients one on one. You don't feel rushed or pushed for continuance up sales. It is nice and relaxing.

I really liked it at the Pedicure Lounge. Alie gave me a fill after the last person who did my nails did a crappy job. She was very thorough. I enjoyed her funny personality. I will be back in 2 weeks! Thanks, Alie!!!

I have been going to Pedicure Lounge going on 3 years now. The ladies there always provide exceptional service. The owner Diana has been my girl since day one. She is extremely skilled, patient, and values customer service. Each and every customer that enters the door is greeted and treated warmly. The salon is always very clean and they use the best products. The salons atmosphere, quality service, and the people who work there...keep me coming back. I appreciate you Diana and our many chats! Especially the perfect job you do on my nails, each and every time!

My friend made an appointment for both of us, based on the fact that I had been here previously. I arrived only to find out that my appointment had been canceled. Nobody called me, no apology was made for the inconvenience caused to me. The place was empty, except for one nail tech and their next appointment wasn't arriving for 30 minutes. I was still told by the individual at the front desk that no appointment would be available until the next day. I went across the street and was accommodated promptly, politely and beautifully. I won't be returning or recommending this place. As someone who has an MBA, I have no idea how they stay in business. Disgusting.
