3 times I walk in and I am told 5 minutes wait time. Instead I waited 10 minutes, 15 minutes, and 20 minutes. Today I had the common sense to not give my money to a business that clearly does not respect someone's precious time. No apology. No customer service and I had to ask for a towel to dry my feet so I could leave. Now I tend to tip well ($20 to $30) but I will never come back here again. Advise to whoever owns this crappy place - maybe if you didn't have two people on each customer - you would have the staff to take care of new customers that come in to get service. Never will come back again.
They're alright They guy took forever but then he explained that it had been a while since he's done designs so it's okay ;)
Love this place. Ryan is awesome. The front desk staff is very pleasant and friendly. I had knee surgery and they were gentle and caring helping g me into to spa and to a chair for mani pedis
I've been going to this nail spa for 5 years now and I must admit they have never disappointed me. I have the best nail tech ever name Ryan!! I come in with a picture of what I want and he delivers every time!! His wife Jenny does an amazing job on my pedicure and what I love the most is how they cater to my liking's. I don't know what I'll do without the two of them :) Lastly, Kaley is a rockstar when it comes to my eyebrow!! This nail spa is a must visit if you're in the Denton area. Make sure to stop by and give them a try, I promise they want disappoint.
My 11 year old daughter and I went to get pedicures today and they blew us away! My daughter enjoyed every part being her first time! She got a classic and I got the Very Vanilla add gel because I'm having a baby next week so I wanted my polish to last for awhile!
