I came in to do a self care day and while I normally see Hanh, I saw Jenna today and she was fantastic. I did dip with tips and boy was Jenna not only efficient but she was fast too. While I was looking for colors, I asked for her opinion and her suggestion is a color I ended up in love with. It was this gorgeous sage green that was perfect for spring. The place was busy as usual and while my nails were getting done, I didn't really say much but Jenna was sweet and kind and never made me feel out of place or force me to speak which I appreciated. She finished everything within an hour and was always constantly checking in with me regarding my shape and if the nail drill was getting too hot. This place never fails when it comes to excellent customer service and a job well done. I will continue to come back here whenever I need my nails done. Thanks Jenna, you rock!

This was my first time getting a no chip manicure. I heard that a no chip will last 2 weeks. While checking in to the salon, I heard someone asking for an " embryo"? What new trend is this? I've heard of glazed donut, chrome, velvet, but embryo? I saw puzzled looks all around. Finally, someone guessed ombré? It was an ombré color she wanted. The salon was busy, but silent. Friends was playing on the flat screen TV but there was no conversation taking place, only quiet murmurs. Mindy was nice and efficient. She did a good job on my cuticles and the color (213) looked great. I was so surprised when she was done because my nails were completely dry. Regular manicures, when dry, are somewhat delicate and it takes careful maneuvering not to smudge them. The no chip looked nice and the color was pretty. Update: on day 3, I noticed a chip....
