I love that this place is so close to me, but I won't be returning. The service was so so. They didn't do my cuticles.

And somehow my friend and I paid the exact same despite my getting dip nails and her just a simple painted french tip.

Terrible customer service!! I came in for a pedicure at 5:25pm. They told me 5 minutes, and to please pick out a color. About 10 minutes of waiting, they start the pedicure bath, and the lady tells me that her husband will be with me shortly. Another 10 minutes, and she tells me he is almost done with his other customer. I'm patiently waiting, and amusing myself on my phone, when suddenly I realize that I've been there for 35 minutes! Another 5 minutes goes by, before I say anything, because he is diligently working on a very detailed design on his customer's nails. He pauses, so I ask how much longer? He just says sorry, I have to finish her design. I completely get this, and I'm not asking him to stop and come over to me. What I was so irritated about is that they told me 5 minutes, when 40 minutes later, no one has even started on my pedicure! I also realize that 30-40 minutes is not necessarily a long wait, but I did not have the time for that, and I could have easily gone somewhere else. Now I'll never come back to this place.
