Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience today w/Mo from your Eastpointe location...BAD customer service, not punctual, rude, unprofessional, confrontational, and she lacks basic manners. It's too bad because I liked my hair and the facility is nice but the vile attitude isn't worth it. -Rita C.

I have been going to Sam for almost a year now. She is AMAZING with color. She did balayage on me for the first time that looked beautiful. Then matched my hair back to its original color, flawlessly when I wanted a change for fall. People couldn't even tell that my hair had just been taken back to original color, it matched up so well! Don't hesitate to give her a try if you are looking for someone to color your hair, or a haircut!!

I have been a client of Sam for about a year now, to cut and color. I have received many compliments on my hair after having her dye it a fun silvery-ashy-blonde and have not been pleased with a color so consistently before going to Sam. Sam is a great hair stylist and person all around, I highly recommend to scheduling an appointment with her!

I recently had the pleasure of finding Sam on Yelp. Having just moved to the area I was asking everyone for recommendations and no one really loved their stylist enough to recommend them. Sam was listed under another salon and the photos the yelper had posted of their hair looked great! I wanted to cut off a significant amount of hair but also do a balayage/ombre look that can go terribly wrong without a skilled stylist (my best friend learned this one the hard way). The photos of the other yelper were very similar to what I was looking for so I took a leap and made an appointment, and I'm very glad I did. Not only does my hair look great, I had a great time getting to know Sam. Sitting in a salon chair for hours (I really did have a LOT of hair) its nice to enjoy your company as well. I havent had a regular stylist since 2010 because I never found anyone I really liked or was pleased with enough to return, so imagine my disappointment when at the end of the appointment one of Sam's coworkers hugged her and wished her luck-- wait, what?! I've finally found a stylist that took the time to listen to my concerns and make my hair look great and shes leaving?! Luckily for me--and you-- she was just moving to her own space down the street at Suite Thairapy. When I texted my best friend a photo of my hair she said "it looks sooooo good. thanks for finding our new stylist!"....Now she can get her bayalage done properly. If you're looking for a new stylist don't hesitate on making an appointment with Sam, you wont be disappointed.
