I was canceled on and asked to reschedule my appointment. The day i rescheduled I happened to get sick and I asked to reschedule so I would not spread my illness. She still charged me 50% of my appointment, which is her policy if someone cancels day of. I was very disappointed she didn't work with me, especially since I had to adjust first. I even offered to come in anyway since I was going to be charged. She did not allow that option and she charged a cancellation fee anyway when in the end she would not allow me to come in which seems to be her cancelling on me
