Do not go! The front desk lady not friendly at all. The two people that did my manicure and pedicure were very nice....BUT...the least expensive pedicure was $60 and gel X plus chrome on my hands was $150....and she said she gave me a $15 discount! It was $210 BEFORE I gave a tip....so out the door after tip I paid $270!!!! To add insult to this I had to ask 3x for a coffee. While I was there another lady came in and I heard her saying she can't pay $200 for chrome and she left. The owner of this place needs to get a reality check on normal pricing and stop robbing his patrons!!!!

yesterday I went to modern pamper salon as usual as past 2 years kadie the girl I worked with usually is behind her customers and doesn't happens once a month or every couple months i asked her once why you are late she goes my customers come late and it's not my fault I was understanding and keep going to her anyway . yesterday I was late for 10 min due to traffic I called the salon and the girl who answered the phone said it's ok she doesn't have customer as soon as I walked in she had attitude and told me I can't fix your nail from now on and the week before she had the same attitude with my friend who I Intrduce to her not one 5 friends I Intrduce so she can get busniss . she was angry that the owner raise prices and she doesn't have enough customer 3 weeks ago she was complaining to me and my daughter please don't go to her she has bad attitude , she gossip rudely about customers and owners to her benefit and she is not trust-wordy ! Let's not forget I always tiped her generously as well . Customers deserve to treat with goid attitude and service not someone like kadie negative and 2 face sorry !! Dint go to Kadie if you want good service

First off, I've been coming here for years. Never had an issue until recently. I went here back in January to get a NEW set. I even requested this on the phone. Katy, the girl I usually work with said not to get a new set and that I'd be fine with my old one. I even said my nails feel thin and brittle and she reassured me not to get a new set. Not even a week later, I wake up to a broken nail, legit broken in half. And I feel my skin tugging which made the pain worse. A few hours later I'm brushing my teeth and another nail breaks but this time not 100% in half cuz my SKIN is literally coming off. The nail on this finger broke super low to where my skin was coming off with the nail and I started bleeding and burning really really bad. It was raining and I had to fix my nail and glue it at a nail salon near me and I was literally screaming and crying from the pain in the car ride there. I called and spoke to the owner and he said I could come in and Katy would fix my nails and give me a new set. 1. When katy saw my nails she didn't apologize, I even showed her photos of my nail bleeding from where my skin was coming off and she laughed/no apology 2. She didn't even take her time fixing my nails, she rushed them and didn't even file them all to be equal sizes as she normally would. Super unhappy with how my nails look now, they're ALL unevenly shaped Fast forward to today, my mom got her nails done by Katy and Katy cut my mom's finger with the nail filer. My mom mentioned it to her and Katy threw a tantrum at the salon and told my mom that me and her "always complain and come late". Mind you, we are the customer and she's complaining about US when she literally injured me. I almost had to go to the ER because of how badly my skin was ripping off and bleeding. This is unacceptable. When you ruin a client's nails it is YOUR duty to make it right. When you injure a client's hands it is YOUR duty to make it right. So disappointed. If you go here, DO NOT WORK WITH KATY. She has a horrible attitude, she throws tantrums and she's rude. And she's ALWAYS 20-30 min late but has the audacity to say that we are late when she has maybe been on time literally once or twice. Moral of the story, do not work with Katy!!!!! Look at the photos for reference. My nail is legit bleeding in them. You can see the blood in the second photo where my skin is tearing off.

I ignored the reviews lol A manicure/ chrome gels / was all of a sudden - $105 maybe cuz they had to take off gels? But I've never been to a place that adds on when getting gels again. And two of the nails are now chipped a few days later.

I've had my nails done here off and on for years. This most recent time my gel x that i paid 180 for fell off within days. The owner of the solon told me i was dramatic when I said I was not happy with the outcome.
