No stars. Not one. My husband bought me a gift certificate here for Christmas. I finally get a day off and go in. There is a line, but I don't have time to wait. I tell the employee that my certificate is about to expire and she says don't worry. This is March. I come to try again in April and there is a wait again. The owner says not to worry, she will extend the certificate (but won't note it on the certificate as I ask). She suggests I make an appointment next time. So, May 1 (the next day I have off) I call to make and appointment. They tell me they usually don't do same say appointments. REALLY? Strangely she then asks, "Are you the one with the gift card." I say yes. I am told I have to speak to the owner. When that person comes on the line I ask to make an appointment (actually 2, I was bringing a paying friend) and I am again asked if I am the one with the gift certificate. When I say yes she says I waited too long and she won't honor it. She then tells me I am lieing about how many times I came in. She then begins shouting at me over the phone about how she won't honor the certificate and I am making stuff up. I tell her that is no way to run a business and hang up. So, I'd say avoid this place. They are not interested.
