MK Nails and Spa Miamisburg in Miamisburg, OH

I will never step foot in this salon again, the way I was treated over the weekend was despicable. I've come to this salon since 2015 (on/off). The owners and I had a decent rapport until I was treated in the most heinous way. One of the techs Rally did an exceptional job on my nails a few weeks back and I asked the owner Mike who typically does my nails if he could re-create the look, I was told that he could and as he started, the lines were inconsistent and it just looked awful. I expressed this to him and he told me he'd have to charge me extra to take the french off. We hadn't even gotten to the other hand yet. I told him I was displeased and showed the reference people. He continued to explain how the job was perfect and exactly like the picture but it was not. My nails weren't smooth, the lines weren't clean, polish over my hands, etc. He was upset that I did not like his work and did not care that one of his long standing customers was disappointed with the service. I expressed my disappointment quietly and was met with aggressive, loud talking and disrespectful language. When I got to my car IN tears, I called him to tell him about why I expected a difference response from him and he explained how that was his way and it was fine. I told him I would come back in and show him so I did, he acknowledged that they didn't look like I requested and that there were inconsistencies but proceeded to drop the f bomb, point in my face, talk loudly in front of everyone in the salon. I was shocked. I was embarrassed. I was in tears. To think, this is someone who I have supported for YEARS, recommended to friends and family and to be treated this way was alarming. He said he would fix my nails and aggressively took the polish off, drilled fast and gave me the worst service/quality ever. It is only a day later and my nail polish is chipping and I will have to get them done elsewhere

Traveling through and of course a girls gotta get her nails done. After reading several reviews around the area I decided to go with MK Nails. Staff was very professional and Meghan (can't remember how she spelt name) was great! Highly recommend

I had a lovely young woman by the name of Lexi do my nails. They look absolutely amazing! First time there but I will definitely be going back

I went here a while ago and it was my first experience with ever getting my nails done. It is because of this horrible experience I endeavored to learn to do my own nails. The lady I got (who's name I do not remember) thoroughly made fun of my double thumb the entire time. ( a condition I was born with and had surgery on) She also kept slapping my hand rather roughly when she laughed at me and I did not enjoy that. The manicure was ehhh I honestly can do a better job at home so I don't make that mistake anymore. Also there was a 5 min hand massage included which lasted no more than 30 seconds each hand..... yeh I feel like I paid these people to do a terrible job, make fun of me, slap me roughly several times and make me feel weird and awkward.

Got a fill in with acrylic nails and my nails look like I super glued press on nails. Terrible work quality. The lady was very nice but needs to be trained properly in how to do nails.
