I wanted to like this place but I won't be going, ever. I made an appointment yesterday but something came up today so I had to cancel and they told me I'd be charged a 25% cancellation fee! That would have been perfectly fine if they told me that yesterday at time of booking! I WOULD NOT have booked in that case!!! I absolutely despise when businesses don't tell you these things up front when you call. The place I used to go in Northville was very understanding if I had to change my plans. I tipped much larger than normal to show my appreciation. It pays better in the long run to treat customers well. Customers beware!

I went into the salon to get my nails done on a reference from a friend. I was paired with Consuelo & it was a perfect match. We have so much fun & she is amazing! She does all her artwork free hand & its always so creative & beautiful. I love how she collaborate with me in ideas to find the best ones. She will be the only one who ever does my nails. The only downside is that the space is kinda crowded in there.
