I have been going to Mimi Nails for five years and have never had a problem. I highly recommend the salon.
I do not recommend this nail salon they were so rude and they were rushed. I waited for 2 and a half hours for my nails to look like trash as well as my friend neither one of us were satisfied by any means, and after my friend asked for them to fix her nails it was a problem so if your lookin for a new salon I would look elsewhere because this location is awful
Bad experience. I had an appointment and they did not have a person assigned so they jumped back and forth. Would not listen to what I wanted them to do. They wanted to do what they wanted to do. Made a lady mad and she started yelling at me like I did something. I cannot recommend.
If I could give them a zero I would. I went in for a gel fill on and a pedi. The lady basically had a whole argument with me telling me that there was no such thing as gel fill in only gel polish. Even though I currently had gel powder and polish on my hand from my previous shop. She was super rough while doing my pedicure. She asked if she could run outside to catch this lady to give her the purse she accidentally left inside. I was fine with that. But what I was not fine with was the fact that she went out the door with her gloves on and came back in and tried to continue with those same gloves!
I have had pretty good service here in the past but this last time with my set of "dipped" nails was terrible. Within 1-2 weeks my nails started looking very bad and one popped off! I was not able to go back to the salon right away but got there around two weeks. I didn't think it would be a problem based on my previous experiences. I was definitely wrong. When I showed them my nails I was told that it was normal growth! They reluctantly fixed my nail that had popped off but made sure to tell me I must have hit it on something! I have had plenty of nail sets and know there is something wrong with these. Fast forward 3 weeks and now most of them have popped right off and my nails looks horrible! I can't believe they wouldn't help me!
