I had a 11:30am appointment with Loctician Morgan, she informed me that she only had a 9:00 am appointment before me because I wanted to come earlier. I arrived 15 minutes early and she was just braiding and putting on a net to do a full head weave on a client which I assumed was her 9 am client. I waited two hours before some one shampooed me and she was still working on that weave. Morgan finally put me in her chair at 1:00pm and told me she would be right back and walked out of the salon. With a wet head I walked out when Morgan did not return after 30 minutes. Two and a half hours later Morgan didn't call me but TEXTED me to apologize and asked me to come back tomorrow, needless to say I refused.
