These extensions are life changing!!! Lol. I will never be without them. Michele is awesome and does an excellent job. I got mine 7 weeks ago and I love them. I'm 52 and my hair started breaking so I researched extensions and decided to go with the nbr. I read micheles reviews and made an appointment. They r so easy to take care of and look beautiful.

I have been with Michele for 3 years. My hair is thinner. I have had a rough time the past few years before meeting Michele. I had thought about extensions but was so afraid of making the investment. I took the leap! Three years ago I started out with tape in extensions. I was so amazed how my hair looked, the styles I could create. Then Michele told me about natural beaded rows. I really thought my hair could not look better then it did. Let me tell you I was so, so surprised at the results. My hair is absolutely beautiful! I can pile it up on top of my head in a messy bun, power ponytail, curls no problem. I'm 53 years old most women my age know what I'm going through with thinning hair. I have my confidence back. Beware Worst haircut ever!!! Read great reviews online about top hairstylists in Ohio Michelle's name came up as a top hairstylist she had great reviews never had a dry haircut before thought I would give her a try.I was very nervous I have only lived here for 3 years from California and was having a very difficult time finding a hairstylist me being one myself many years ago but still know what's current in hair. Anyhow started off not so great rude stylists and manicurist who works there I should have walked out.My appt. was scheduled for 12:00 had no clue what suite she was in and sat in the waiting area hoping she would acknowledge that I was there and let me know she sould be right with me.I had to look for her she was finishing up and said she said she would be right with me 20 minutes later.I let her know how frustrated I was coming almost a half hour to have a great experience and it was less then that she somewhat apologized and then replied I am getting a bad vibe do you still want me to cut your hair guess I should have left on that note but I said I drove a quite a distance and I need to get a haircut.She sat me down and we consulted it sounded as if we were on the same page but 3 inches later and one of the worst haircuts I beleive I have ever had I was left very thick, unmanagable and uneven stick straight and no style is all I can say. If she didnt want to cut me she could have said so and let me go on my way I felt she puposely messed up my hair because I was upset and let her know my mistake! Now I have to pay someone else to fix my hair.
