This is THE salon in Carmel! I moved to Carmel last year looking for a new stylist to do my blonde locks. A friend of mine recommended Emily at MDG salon and I haven't looked back since! Every appointment has been a wonderful experience. From the lovely girl at the front desk to the AMAZING stylist Emily - MDG brings high quality service with creative artistic work to their clients. Emily delivers the best dimensional blonde color and makes my cut look fresh and fun! The prices are fair and completely justified for the quality you are getting in return! They also use/sell high end products which is much appreciated!! HIGHLY recommended Emily at MDG!
I moved to Carmel recently and needed to find a new hair stylist. I drive past MDG everyday on my way to work and I kept thinking how beautiful the inside looked as I drove by. I called and made an appointment. I called a few weeks before I wanted an appointment in case they were booked out far in advance but they said they could get me in later that week.
Jessica did my hair and I don't think I've ever had a stylist take the time to fully understand what I wanted and I didn't even show her a photo for inspiration. She was very friendly and easy to talk to.
The inside of the salon was very clean, nice, big and open. I was offered a beverage upon my arrival and the parking was very easy on the backside of the building off of the main road. The price was higher than I'm used to paying ($200) for a hair cut and color but I also came from a small college town so I was expecting a higher price tag. I would definitely go back to MDG and recommend it to anyone.

loved my experience! i got my haircut by brooke and it was excellent service and very affordable. i had pretty long hair when i went in, thick too, but she was able to give me exactly the cut i wanted. totally recommend!!
