DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give negative stars I would. I was a loyal customer for years (as were 2 of my close friends who feel the exact same way) and will never go there again. I have spent an obscene amount of money on hair extensions there (over the years) and encourage anyone to go anywhere else based on my friends' and my recent experience. I didn't do my hair extensions during Covid and when I went back they told me that the ones I had been holding weren't there (I think it was about $700 worth of product) even though they said they would 'hold' them for me the last time I was in there. So, I bought new ones (again) but for $350 this time (I wasn't going to spend another $700+ for hair I had already bought and they were 'holding' for me). It was ridiculous b/c they could clearly see in their system (which they showed me) that I had bought the prior ones as well. They are supposed to be able to be 'moved up' 3x. Anyway, I called 2 weeks ago to have them moved up, and the horrible, horrible receptionist Jenn) told me that they couldn't help me due to the fact that it had been just over the 6-8 week window that they now allow people to 'move up' their $1000 hair. I asked why (since I had always waited about 12 weeks in the past) and they said 'liability issues.' What the heck, it's hair?! Have they been sued over this already!?! I assume so or they wouldn't have any liability issues. Anyway, I asked the receptionist - Jenn - to have the owner call me and she said she wasn't available for 3 days. She stated that was the first time in her schedule she had time for a call. I was upset and said that would be 3 more days on the calendar of getting hair moved up and that it isn't right for me to pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars for hair I could not use. She then said, "Are you threatening me?"?!? Wow, what a way to treat customers who have spent thousands of dollars at your establishment!! I said I didn't see the logic in paying for a product I couldn't use. I said please have the owner - Christy - call me. Not only didn't she call but she emailed and said I had 10 days to provide them with an address so they could mail my remaining extensions back. She also said - and this is verbatim... "...there's no way you could have known about our policy since you haven't been here is 12-18 months." Meanwhile, I was in there 11 weeks prior and spent well over $350. I pointed that out in the email and she wrote back "Don't ever contact us again.' I am the third person I know to stop going to their salon over their horrible, horrible 'customer service' and I can't imagine how they stay in business. Doomed to fail IMO. Stay away!!
