I came in to wax my eyebrows and left with none. Super upset left crying because I have an important event to go to this weekend. They told me to not pay since I didnt like the service, but thats the last thing I care about. I rather have eyebrows than get a free wax.
This review is strictly for Diane. Take a look at the pictures and see for yourself. My daughters hair has been butchered! It is uneven on all sides. Uneven in the front, on the sides and in the back. Then Diane had the audacity to tell me that this is the style and tried to defend her actions. I do not recommend coming here.
Had an interview the next day, saw that this place was open till 8 P.M. Got there at 7:29 P.M. on the dot and asked for a haircut. In Vietnamese the nice grandmother said she had a customer. The person behind the counter, didn't even look up at me and told me, "Sorry we are closed". Basically they make up their own hours. I told them, "but your hours say you are open till 8 P.M., she smiled while continuing to look at her phone and said, "Sorry we are closed" again. Great job!
i come here to get my eyebrows done. I drive 30 minutes, 50 minutes in traffic, to see my lady. SO GOOD. No frills, but great eyebrow job
