- 2 Stars! PLEASE DO NOT patron this salon!!! Came in for a color,(my hair was light brown with blond highlights) I knew my formula, just wanted to a shade darker for fall, the stylist  must of asked the Manager, Julie for help, she did not ask any questions to me and took the word of the stylist of what I wanted for color.  Needless to say the stylist needed a lot help and the manager told her what to do from her chair, which she was working on a client. Oh, and they took turns answering the phone, it seem the phone rang of the hook which took time away from working on my hair. At some point the Manager told her 10 minutes on the roots and pull through the ends for another 10 minutes, it took her over 10 minutes to put it on the roots ( with answering the phone and her lack of experience of coloring hair) so it was on 20 minutes on the roots.  She then tried to pull it to my ends, that took over 10 minutes, I questioned the time,( my ends were very light).  She told me 20 minutes, sometime later her manager said something, next thing I know we are going to shampoo it off. 40 minutes on my scalp.  My roots were a very brassy/orange brown, my ends were BLACK!  I was upset and told this is not what I wanted. They processed my hair to lighten the ends, then another process get rid or the orange. I have hairline facial burns, scalp burns, and straw hair. She tired brushing my hair, I finally asked her to stop and said I was done.  I paid 50% off the color price, I should never paid anything.The manager asked me to come back in couple weeks to put back my highlights.I was there for 3 hours!  I will be paying for months to correct the mess they have made of my hair. I went to another salon and had her cut off almost 4 inches. Never have a horrible experience with that kind lack experience. I am begging you, if you read this, do not to patron this salon.  They really do not care but the bottom line, which is cash in there pocket. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!

I too, had a Groupon and was delighted to get in same day when I called to set an appointment, but now understand the reason - there are no clients, the place is dead! While I have no issues with my actual cut, my hair was not completely blown dry on a cold winter day, and was entirely not glossy and beautiful like usual when I have a nice salon cut. The worst part was that during the shampoo the chair doesn't line up with the sink bowl and it was entirely uncomfortable despite attempts at making it better. I was also asked if I wanted to "clean up" by brows with a wax - I happily obliged as they were getting a little messier waiting for my next wax - and then I was charged $16 for a teeny tiny little bit of edge-brow waxing! Never would I have said yes if they would have disclosed that cost to me - I would have waited as usual for my waxing or threading. I should have asked, but seriously.
Finally, I also was asked if I wanted a makeup consult - sure, I said, having no makeup on yet for the day - well not only was it total high-pressure selling for low-quality makeup, I get into my car to discover smears of eyeshadow color over my lid irregularly and just a very sloppy job, not at all something that makes me want to come back. I think these very nice women are unfortunately not hitting the mark anywhere at this salon. Tons of packages and specials and things sound like a great deal but I'm not sure they're making a ton here because the products and services are just sub-par.

The worst salon experience of my life.... No exaggeration.  I had a groupon for a mani/pedi.  It took over 2 hours.  Normally, I would not complain about a long mani/pedi, but it was about 30 minutes worth of work dragged out over 2 hours.  They don't even have a manicure station... You have to sit in the hair dryer chairs while getting a manicure.  There were bumps all over my nails and areas completely missed in the paint.  The manicurist was very, very nice, but didn't seem to know what she was doing.  She tried to remove my shellac by scraping it off with her nails!   I went in with healthy nails and left with my nails destroyed.  Overall, the place has a low-class feel.  Avoid at all costs.

Received Groupon from my boyfriend, scheduling was a nightmare - they lost my appointment and then couldn't reschedule because their employees "did not work weekends" or "only works between 4-5 on the weekend", etc. I received poor service, the salon is a dump and I ended up not even using the complete groupon package because of they lost my appointment and didn't seem apologetic or remorseful at all that they couldn't reschedule me. Told me to complain to Groupon.
