Mark Ray Hair Color in Spring Hill, TN

The color & highlights he added really gave me more brightness to my hair and face! I got complaints on it from family & friends. Usually, people don't notice when you get color. Plus, it's in his home, so it's quiet & personal. His wife is great too! She came in and chatted with me during my appointment. I really enjoyed it! Oh and he offers wine!

I went in to see Mark for the first time yesterday after briefly discussing getting a perm & a super short haircut over the phone. I was very nervous of the idea, because my hair has always been straight & past my shoulders. Mark made me feel confident enough to pursue it, and I'm so thrilled with the results! All my family members love it, and gotta say, I didn't think I could pull off the look.. Mark is SUCH a miracle worker, and I'm pretty sure I talked his head off, but he just kept the conversations going!
I decided the whole "new year, new me" is not too late to say, ha! Thanks again, Mark!

Don't ever try to reschedule your appointment (even with over 24 hour notice). My mom is always so stressed around Christmas trying to juggle different plans with everyone in the family (I'm sure we all are!)My father made plans with his sister which had slipped my mom's mind. She was so excited for her appointment and felt terrible letting Mark know but knew she had to keep her plans with my aunt. My mom tried to reschedule her appointment with over 24 hours notice - instead of working with her or being understanding (let alone just professional) he was very rude and unprofessional telling my mom he had no time for her last minute cancellations (she was trying to reschedule) and telling her "bye bye" . I have tried to post the text messages from him but are unable to do so. My mom was shocked and after saying she'd go elsewhere he continued to message her. He even told me to piss off when I asked him to leave my mom alone and said that I had never seen anyone act this way over a mistake. I'm sure he will spin this in his favor (especially since I can't post my screen shots) but believe me, go elsewhere where people understand you make mistakes or at least treat you professionally when you do. I have had to cancel hair appointments (I'm sure we all have) but thankfully I have never had a to work with someone like Mark. He was quick to be very angry. Very unfortunate experience.

* I also find it hilarious that he told me he didn't have a Yelp so I hopefully wouldn't leave a review (I see others have had similar experiences). Also, giving himself a 5 star review doesn't change what others have said about him here.

** I see the owner has responded to my review - he NEVER told my mom he required a week's notice. Either way, this guy is a bully like others have stated. I can't keep going around with this man. He took his time to berate my mom over text and message her on Facebook, he is a bully as others have stated.
