I am from out of town and came here with a friend to get our hair done. While I get that during this time it's important to keep employees and customers safe, this business is taking advantage of customers during this time too. You can not have your hair washed or dried but they still charge you the same price as if they were. I was not informed of that until my cut was done. My friend also had her hair cut and is a regular customer who won't be back. Disappointing that companies turn to greed during this time.
Very disappointing... Had to go back twice for cut & color because spots were messed up & hair cut was terrible & she took of way more off than I told her to & was very expensive & I had to go to another salon after the second time to have my color & hair cut fixed.
Horrible service and horrible hair cuts. My wedding is in August and so I wanted to try the gloss and darken my dark hair a bit, all while getting a trim (wanting to keep my hair long for the wedding). All of this expressed over the phone, I get to my appointment and they tell me they don't have time to darken it but will try to tone the ends that were a bit ashy given my long hair.
In person I asked for a trim and explained it was to keep my hair long for my wedding. Regardless, the hairdresser took about 5-6 inches off. I said something as soon as I noticed and she disregarded it. THEN the hairdresser was diffusing my hair and stopped with my hair still wet, saying all done! Context: it is below freezing outside and my apartment is a 15-minute walk away. Absolutely ridiculous... very unwelcoming throughout my visit. Would not recommend.
