I booked a party for my daughter and four friends. I chose the pedicures face mask and aromatherapy. It was a surprise for my daughters birthday. I would like to express my disappointment in the services that I paid almost 200 dollars. They didn't get the foot soak tubs ( that shown in the picture) they did even get a "light file" they got their toe nails painted. The mask was a few fingers swipes on the face! I am super disappointed with the service! There wasn't even any acknowledging the birthday girl from the staff( Emilie) it was a good thing the tip was included because I definitely don't think 18% was earned! I truly hope that this is not your normal expected service from your employees. I decided to do cake at home so we didn't need the plates and etc but they didn't even have the water or juice boxes that were also advertised. I am normally not the one to complain but I wanted to communicate my disappointment. I have attached a picture that shows exactly what "face mask" they received and no pedicure foot tub . I saw the foot tubs stacked under
Switched hairdresser without notifying us, and had first appointment canceled same day, no big deal just wish could have just asked. We were 6 minutes late and was our fault we had a different hairdresser, no worries. Allison ended up doing the hair and was amazing. Just a bummer we weren't told about the switch giving we research based on artists specialties.
Laura was wonderful with my 1 year old son and made his 1st haircut a memorable experience! The haircut was exactly what I was hoping for and she was very sweet with him as well as being calm and professional.
Took my lil man here for a haircut! Caitlyn did a great job and was really nice. I showed her a pic of what I wanted and got it done. The shop is clean and very kid friendly! We'll be back!
My appointment was on time. The staff was friendly. I was very pleased with my hair cut. Additionally, they helped me make a Wigs for Kids donation; my hair was cut in the correct pony-tail sections. Then, they even mailed in the donation for me. I'm an adult, but if I ever have to babysit a friends kids, I'm bringing them here so they can watch kid movies and get their hair styled.
