Horrible owner Kim. Gave a negative review on her page (where they ask for reviews no less) and she completely blamed the customer, not with one but multiple posts on her business page. This woman is unstable, no wonder the haircut and the eyebrows were uneven and had to be fixed by another salon!
Honestly, if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I walked in to get a hair cut, as their site says "walk-ins welcome" and went to the counter to ask the lady (who I've been told is the owner) that I'd like a cut. I asked if I could get one, and her reply was "yes, I can do it myself". So I then proceeded to tell her what I was looking for. A cute simple bob. And I even showed her a picture. After ignoring me most of the time I was talking to her, since she was glancing at a magazine, she glanced at the photo I showed her and simply said "I can do that". That should have been a warning sign to me. But since I had never been there before, I thought I'd give her a chance. The owner of this salon is extremely rude. And that should have also been a warning sign, but I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt because maybe she was having a bad day. Anyways, she started chopping away, and then proceed to tease, and hairspray the crap out of my hair. I looked like an old woman, and I'm only 18. So as soon as I got home, I combed it out, only to reveal that one side of my hair was WAY longer, and I'm not exaggerating. And two days later, After going back to have her fix it (by the way she gave the lame excuse that it was "because of the layers". Even though she didn't even check to make sure it was even like any other normal hair stylist would do) I'm still noticing pieces longer than others, and the back is even uneven. Maybe she screwed my hair up because she was busy chatting away with others rather than focusing on my hair. But really, I do not recommend this place. Maybe the other hair stylists are better--who knows. But honestly, I should go back and demand a refund. I'm not usually the type to write reviews and complain, but the service there was awful. I'm just lucky I know a couple other hair stylists that can fix my hair for me rather than hack away at my hair.
Protecting yourself, your clients, and the general public from any airborne or contact diseases should be priority number one for a successful salon
