Awful!! I went in for dip she grabbed the wrong color when I noticed it was wrong I was fine.. but then she said no i will fix it I said no it's ok before I knew it she started to use polish over the dip. My nails dried and polish looked awful and the dip was bulky underneath..who uses polish over dip!!
I had broken a nail and went to get it fixed and she told me they had the color and I looked for one and found the matching color and she said no I have another one and threw her hand at me . Then she put the color on that she picked out and she said this doesn't match and I don't have time for you I have customers . Well first off "first come first serve" . She was rude and hateful and I paid for a color that didn't even match and the shaping was awful and my nail Is sore because she rushed . No wonder she has no workers . DON'T recommen going there at all .
HORRIBLE experience. Every nail is slanted, crooked or has excess dip that is digging in my nail bed. She argued about fixing them. The dip was all over my fingers and was bulky...still have spots of pink from my previous set that she soaked off. She kept an attitude and was yanking on my fingers because I kept asking her to fix her mistakes. Doesn't deserve half a star!!
I went to this shop as a walk-in a couple of weeks ago and I love this shop. It was one of the cleanest that I've ever been in. The owner is the only nail tech and does a wonderful job. I will be going back soon.
