Will not be coming back to this salon!! Got my nails done on a Saturday and paid $30 for the fill and on Monday my nails looked like this(pic below). I called to let these people know my polish had come off and was told by a guy to come in so he can fix; I live 15min away. I came in on Tuesday and there was one person getting her nails done by the woman who did my nails- the thicker woman with Auburn hair lol (they all have Auburn hair). They looked at my nails and laughed and started talking their language. I wasnt really upset until the the one with the cross on her neck told me it was something I did to my nails that made them chip. Five techs in the salon and they made me wait for the lady tht did my nails, I guess I understand that... but still. They are rude and it bothers me tht I came here and spent my money with them. There're very ungrateful and clearly blame the customers for their cheap products. Gonna tell me its something I did- IF IT'S NO CHIP, IT'S NO CHIP!!!! I would Not give 1 star if Yelp had given me choice but, 1 star to the fact that they are very welcoming when you come in for something other than a complaint- Go figure...
They clearly don't clean their tools! I have been getting acrylics for YEARS at other salons and have never experienced my natural nail bed turning green and brown! With this recent full set from them, all of my nails are green and brown now! You guys need to be shut down, and I'll see too it that you get all the bad attention you deserve for this.
they have no people skills. nails too thick and they do not do cuticles with gel nails.
I would not recommend this salon. I had a male do a pedicure for me. He rushed through it, even skipping a few steps. The whole thing lasted about 20 minutes. I tried several times to ask him if he was doing it right but he didn't speak English. He mostly used sign language to communicate with me. My toe nails looked sloppy, like a four year old did them. I quickly canceled my manicure for fear it would be bad too. When I left the shop nobody thanked me or said bye. The whole experience was bad. I WOULD NOT RETURN!!! Please find somewhere else there are plenty of these shops around.
Worst mani/pedi I've ever gotten! The guy who did my pedicure did a sloppy job. You can totally tell where the clear top coat ends and the colored polish begins. The girl who did my no-chip manicure paid no attention to my cuticles. She didn't soak my hands or even attempt to clean my nail beds. There is polish all over my cuticles which makes my nails look longer than they really are. Also, I asked for 1 particular polish and she kept telling me "no, no good." I told that's what I wanted and she wouldn't even show it to me. I won't be returning...EVER!
