I made an appointment, but when I arrived it felt like I could have dropped in. They accommodated my disability, by doing my nails in the pedi chair , which I really appreciated. But I asked for basic and they kept doing upper level things. I don't think my manicurist spoke much English. When I went to pay she was kind enough not to charge me for what I didn't ask for. I asked specifically not to have my cuticles cut and it was explained by the English speaking employee. Not only did I get some cuticles cut, but was accidentally stabbed with a toenail clipper. Even though I'm sure it was an accident , I got an infection and needed antibiotics, so I won't be back.
was a year long wait and the tech was horrible. was goingvto do a mani pedi and then wanted big toe to have a sparkley top coat but she did base coat pink and the other 4 toes with orange red. got mad and ripped the toe separators off and started taking all polish off. then got worse attitude when I said I was not getting a manicure.
For my first time being here, I was definitely not disappointed! I don't recall the name of the gentleman who did my nails, but he did an excellent job:-)
My daughter and I visited this salon to get gel pedicures. The salon can stand a little face lift but that did not affect their service. We got in quickly. The staff was friendly and courteous. Loved hot stone massage that came with my pedicure. The gentleman who worked on my toes did a very nice job! Very detailed. My toes and looking and feeling great. I will definitely recommend.
We had an appt and we were taken right back. The man that did mine was rough with the clipping. The pedicure was very rushed, barely any massage and their tools and foot scrub didn't come out of a package. Were they sterilized? Polish was fine but nails aren't even. Very disappointed and won't be back.
