I only go here for pedicures. The owner's mom always does them for me and she's amazing!
Good service for the amount it costs.
They've never done me wrong.

I recently moved to Olive Branch and tried this nail salon on Saturday. First of all the place was filthy and I didn't notice it until I was in the pedicure chair. The pedicure was below a basic pedicure and I left with some of the exfoliate on my calves. They didn't put anything in the water! My feet were just soaking in plain water. The owner rubbed the back of my heel so hard with the pumice stone that it made my heel bleed and I now have a sore on the back of my heel that hurts badly. The gel manicure was just a nail paint job. They didn't do anything that was considered a manicure. No massaging of the hands or arms. Same with the pedicure. When I was ready to pay it was $80 which was more expensive than I've ever paid for a gel manicure and basic pedicure.

I had a pretty good initial experience so when I needed a manicure I chose to return. I had to go after work, so after dropping things off at home I hurried over. They close at 7. I got there at 5:45 and the doors were locked. 2 customers and 2 employees were inside and they just looked at me outside of the door. The Open light was on. I won't be returning- they could have easily gotten a simple mani done before 7, a happy customer and I had a $20 tip ready for whomever did it because I knew they probably had a long day but...they missed out on that and missed out on a returning customer.

Do not go to this salon!!! I was there on Friday August 6,2021 around 130 pm. I got powder dip soaked off and put back on.  I didn't get a full manicure, but my nails were trimmed down and filed. The young lady used a nail drill around my cuticles. I have been getting powder dip for at least three years. This was only my second time at this particular salon. Long story short. Saturday afternoon my finger was puffy and slightly swollen. I took Tylenol , Motrin later on and arthritis creams. Nothing subsided the swelling or pain. I woke up this morning at 3 am in horrific pain and my finger was red and felt like it was about to bust. By 4 am I was at Methodist hospital in Olive Branch in the ER. I was given a prescription for 2 different antibiotics and 1 for pain. It is now 315 pm and I am still in pain. I called Maci's to let them know about my ordeal so that they could get new utensils or sterilize them so that this would not happen to anyone else. The owner answered and was very rude and ignorant. He told me I has Corona virus. Then he said he did not understand me and I had the wrong salon and hung up on me . I was not looking for anything other than him saying he apologized and thanks for letting him know. I spent $50 including the tip. Please do not go to this salon! I have a 250 copay and have also had to pay for medications. I am so frustrated right now. This is no way to treat anyone. I want to go up there in person but I am sure he will cause a scene because he is so animated and thinks every one is ignorant.
