So enjoy my appointments at MAC Day Spa and Hair Studio. All the staff are welcoming and polite. Chelsea provides an amazing facial, leaving me feeling so very relaxed. Keep up the GREAT work everyone -I appreciate you.

Lauren is awesome! I love my hair every time she does it, and she has also done my nails (gel) and they look great. I received a complimentary mini-facial and enjoyed it so I booked a full facial for my next visit. Would highly recommend Lauren and MAC Day Spa - the entire staff is friendly and professional.

I got a simple haircut and complimentary eyebrow wax by Lauren. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I left the salon feeling confident with my new haircut! I cannot speak to their other services but I would return for a hair cut or eye brow wax.

Love my every 3 months Botox experience with Jennifer. She is amazing! Jenifer uses very thin needles and makes it completely painless. Also, after the first visit, she knows exactly how much of Botox to use and where to apply to create a perfect result. I will highly recommend Jenifer!

Literally just had the most horrible experience at Mac day spa! Highly do not recommend this unprofessional establishment they make you answer inappropriate questions that do not pertain to anything that they should even ask for as a salon- on their intake form they literally ask you if you use condoms! How does that pertain to getting any kind of beauty service from them?! Major red flag then the receptionist forces you to join ally she didn't ask me she just told me even after I said no thank you and told her I didn't want txt or emails. Receptionist decides to take you on a tour even if you don't want one and aren't there for any other services other than what you are specifically scheduled for! Went in for Botox met with two unprofessional doctors, both decided to attempt to upsell me, even after explaining to her twice that I knew exactly what I wanted where I wanted it and was a frequent Botox Customer I'm quite informed & been experienced customer over a period of years. They continued to try upsell me on additional units claiming my eye brows shouldn't move as much! What a joke lady wanted to FREEZE my face?! I'm in my 30's and get 10 units every 6 months that DR was so out of line attempting that tactic then she tries to make it seem like I needed extra injections on my line area again only trying to sell sell sell! After I told her for the third time no thank you she started asking me medical specific job related questions like she was testing my knowledge of Botox and her job she was not simply antagonizing me this was like dealing with a bully! She said since I know exactly what I'm asking for explain to her the process as if I was the doctor!! No not kidding! I was so flabbergasted by her rude attitude and behavior, that I got up off of the table and decided to leave, why would I patronize ANY establishment with a Doctor Who is going to antagonize her clients- bully them because she doesn't get her way of up selling! Who literally acts this way? On the week of Christmas! Shame on y'all!!! DO NOT GO HERE!
