M Salon in Houston, TX

This is by far the most professional, upscale experience I have had to date with a Salon. The staff is very professional and the customer service is top tier. Caitlyn made sure my cut and style was exactly how I wanted, even though I usually go to a barber, and am very particular about my hair. I highly recommend this place especially if you want to feel pampered.

Was belittled , attacked and totally disrespected. Had an appointment with Chris Do, the owner. Wanted to be pro-active and get there 10 minutes early. I waited for 25 minutes and kindly asked the receptionist if anyone was going to take me back soon. She stated that he was running 20-30 minutes behind with his current client. I work a lot and it was the only time to get out of the office to do a toner and color retention. When they finally took me back and sat me in the chair, Chris himself stood over me and was aggressive in saying "When booking with me you need to understand that I'm barely on time, I take my time and never on schedule. you need to know when doing hair SHIT happens and you can't be in a rush. You need to set out a lot of time for me and make sure your day is open. This client has long and thick hair and it's taking more time so you need to understand that what you have scheduled is not going to be quick. If you don't have time then I don't know what to tell you" First off, don't you run a business in customer service? WHATS THE POINT IN BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT THEN? Keep in mind, on my last appointment when I spent over $600 not including tip, he stated that the toner is about 25 minutes and so is the color ret & it wouldn't take long at all when I come back to see him. He made me feel embarrassed because he was talking loud and totally going off on me and made me feel like it was my fault his client is taking long. My fault that I have a job and have to go back to work. I felt backed up against a wall. It was a degrading experience. Never apologized.. I had to get my hair done so I stayed & energy was horrible, tried making small talk & state the next appointment he will throw in complimentary stuff but truly after him totally blasting me like that not even free shit would allow me to go back. Totally disappointing in how I was treated!! Sickening,

They need to teach their hairdressers how to cut hair. Vibe was ok. Quality was subpar

This place is amazing! Cheyenne is an awesome stylist. Highly recommend her. I got a cut and full set of highlights.

This Salon steals money. I booked a color and couldn't make it in, so I texted their service to let them know I was canceling several days in advance. I then called trying to cancel but no one answered. I then called again and left a message notifying them of the cancellation and to verify it was received via my text. Today, an hour before the appointment, the front desk lady called me and told me I cannot cancel. I said why, I texted several days ago, tried to call, left a message, why? She said it's within 24 hours. I said no that I sent the text, left a message, made the calls, I did everything I could to notify you in a timely manner. In no way am I responsible for them getting back to me last minute. I refuse to pay this fee, will never come here again, and want to warn everyone. I am very frustrated and upset as my hair stylist was amazing and now I have to lose him...
