LV NAILS & SPA in El Cajon, CA

Worst service ever! I had gone a couple months ago & didn't like it because my nail tech had cut me & decided to give it a second try about a week ago & same thing happened the nail lady cut me so deep & laughed about it I was trying to be like it's okay don't be a Karen but her laughing & she took forever only to leave my nails all crooked & by now they have fallen off! Paid $45 for this service I honestly don't think she had much experience or I'm not sure if she just didn't care to give good service. I work an office job so I'm on the computer all day & my nails literally folded off not sure if she didn't put enough product or what but the acrylic was way too sensitive NEVER AGAIN.

I've came in for about ten sets and numerous pedicures, I debated on leaving a review each time but the best way to put this place is horrible customer service and shaping with amazing designs and nail art. My coffin nails never come out shaped right, there's always dents and the amount of time my nail beds burn or hurt or her gloves catch in the drill is uncountable buttttt I will say at the end the designs pull me back everytime. I'd go else where for the actual nails and pedicures but come here to get the design if it's an options I think I'll ask before heading in next time and try somewhere else for the actual nails and relaxing part.

This business no longer accepts credits cards/debits cards, etc or anything EXCEPT VENMO AND CASH. Unfortunately I had to find that out upon ARRIVING for my appointment. They don't tell you that when you call ahead to make an appointment which is very unprofessional. The information on their Yelp business page still says "Accepts credit cards" at the time of this review and prior to writing this. So to all future customers please keep that in mind. They will lose quite a bit of business with this new policy because they don't want to pay the processing fee for credit cards. Not everyone walking around carrying cash or uses Venmo.

****UPDATE**** I went in right when they opened at 10AM without an appointment and was immediately greeted and taken in by Cindy. I requested a fresh new acrylic set with gel. Cindy did an amazing job at prepping, shaping, and coloring. I'm in love with the color and how clean and detailed her work is. My basic pedicure was also done by Cindy. The quality of work was there. The only issue I had with my pedicure was that I had a new nail forming on my big toe, so when she was deep cleaning my nails she dug too deep tearing my nail off from my skin. My total this time around was $77. Again, I'll never understand the pricing behind it all. Overall, I will be making this my new spot for my manicures! Top notch.

Needed nails for birthday and wanted to get spiderwebs. Turned out better than I expected. Will probably go back, I haven't found one I liked in El Cajon.
