Luxury Nails in Troy, MO

Nice nail tech, but I waited over 40 minutes and was told 15 minutes originally. Since we were running late tech, said nails would not dry quickly, so suggested gel, $15 more plus a credit card fee

I called and asked if they could do a full set  i was about 30 min away they said yes well his name is John the man on the phone I arrived at 7o'clock as I called at 6:30 to see if they were available for my appointment and he told me to come on in I got there at seven and he told me that they couldn't do it that I should've been here at 6:30 I said that's what time I called you sir and you told me to come on in I said so I flew here and now you're telling me you can't do my nails he said yes you come back tomorrow I said no I have to work tomorrow he said he was gonna call me at 6:30 I said I'm not gonna argue with you because it's embarrassing and he said well I can do your nails now very rude and disrespectfulI said well your door says you're open till 8 PM he said no we close at 7:30 I said we should probably get your door fixed soon he said you come tomorrow and I thought about it and I said no no I'm not ever coming back here I just drove 30 minutes to get here for you to be rude I'm actually sitting in the parking lot right now if I fill this out because I'm just stunned on how rude they are as any type of professional at any job I would never be able to talk to a customer like that so as four or five of them are sitting there doing nothing they just didn't have time to do my nails there's something really wrong with this place it's sad because I was recommended by this place by a friend and that's the next phone call I'm going to make it to her to let her now so after all that flying here 30 iuiminute trip and I still don't have my nails done

My niece and I scheduled a little pamper break today including a pedicure. I have not been to luxury nails however, someone at the gym suggested to give it a try.
So glad we did! My pedicure was one of the best I've had in a long time. It was the Pearl option with lots of lotions, gels, massages all in a comfortable environment.
Anna was my pedicurist and I will definitely ask for her again. Treat yourself!

Went and got a full set on Wednesday. It hasn't been even been a week, and I've already got a lot of lifting on the nails. Lost 2 of them already. I asked for a coffin shape, and some of the nails aren't even shaped properly. There is also a lot of the product flooded into my cuticles. For a service that I paid over $50 for, I expect far better quality. I will not be coming back to this salon.

I've given this salon my business for over 10 years, but I won't be going again. Had an awful experience there last month with one of the male employees being extremely rude to me in front of multiple customers over something very minor. Then, after waiting for over an hour, the lady who ended up doing my manicure rushed through it so fast she never asked how I wanted my nails styled, and also ended up giving me the wrong color. They were obviously overbooked and understaffed on this particular morning, but that's not an excuse to be disrespectful to your customers.
