First time and will NOT go back. First of all, the place is so stuffy. The chairs are old and uncomfortable. The technician was ROUGH on my feet. When I gave feedback they acted annoyed. I told them repeatedly that I was not in a rush and there was NO ONE WAITING, so I'm confused how I got a "Luxury" pedicure in 40 minutes start to finish. The hot towels smelled of mold. Last, language was a major barrier to communicating with any staff. I can appreciate not asking for additional services or up charge attempts, however saw others experience this.
I was not satisfied with the manicure pedicure I received. It is especially sad that I figure I could have done a better job and I'm not good at it. Had to go home and file down the rough edges. I know I should have complained about it but didn't speak the language.
I booked manicures for myself and my 10-year-old daughter, and requested that we have them together at the same time, since it was her birthday. When we arrived, they called her first and proceeded to do a quick, sloppy manicure that took less than 10 minutes and did not even include a hand massage. I then declined having my manicure done, since the whole point of coming with her was to have our nails done together for her birthday. The salon was very cluttered, the nail polish selections were old, and there were open trays of egg rolls for sale sitting on top of the nail dryer - yuck! This was one of the worst nail salon experiences I have ever had. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Visited Luxury Nails to remove my stubborn gel nail polish and have regular nail polish applied. Linda did my nails and was so gentle and patient. The environment is friendly and clean. I would recommend and will be coming back.
