Please do not come to this nail salon they do not know what they are doing. I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I am new to the area and was looking for a place to call my new nail home. This stupid nail tech halfway through getting my nails done stopped doing nails because she said there was not enough time and I seemed "too picky" what ever that means. I literally had vacation and could NOT get my nails done. Please please please do not give them your business. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I'd give no stars if I could. Went in for basic mani pedi. Did not want polish on my fingernails. Technician Kim did not clean my finger or toe nails or cuticles. She did not soak my fingernails. She filed my fingernails straight across, leaving sharp edges when I asked for square shaped fingernails. I brought my own excellent brand polish for my toenails. It went on fine - then she added her own topcoat. I did not notice until I got home that the polish had actually curdled from her topcoat. Yes, I should have said something at the time, but didn't. Called the next day. Said they'd fix if I came in. No way. AVOID.
Terrible service , very poor job, I was the first client on Sunday , as soon as they started to get busy they rushed my nails, they looked terrible Extremely disappointed, I'm sure they change ownership or something. Please do not waist your time and money in this place.
I absolutely love this place, my nail tech canceled on me and I wanted a nail design and they were so up for it, their attitude is so positive and everyone is so sweet, I get my nails with Kevin, he's very fast but he makes sure he does a good job! Overall I love this place so much and I recommend it to everyone :))
