I only went here so I could have Tram as my nail tech! Went in one day to see her gone was pretty sad, but took a chance! Henry was very pushy I sit down and get my nails done with a random lady. Left unhappy with the service and only a few days later my dip was yellow and started to peel!! But great news I found Tram and that's what matters!!

I really wanted to like this place the location is awesome and it's pretty cute when you walk in. However, it looked like they were using the same tools on everyone - she swished the callous remover around in my pedi water to clean it and set it back down to use for the next person. Same files, clippers and buffers in a basket with several.... No cleaning soaks etc. Not sure what protocols are but I could tell it wasn't up to par. I've honestly never seen that in real life and wasn't going to write a review but it's just been on my mind since. She kept setting things down on the floor like the cups with the exfoliating scrubs before she used them on us. There was zero massage for their luxury pedi, not the end of the world but was the quickest most eh experience I've ever had and the cleanliness is concerning.

I called ahead, they said they could take me no problem for a pedicure. I got here, picked out my color, 3 diff people confirmed I was doing a pedicure. They took me back, someone started the water for my pedicure... and I'm writing this after waiting for 25 minutes with my feet soaking... and no one came back to do my nails or update me. Just asked one of the technicians working on someone else next to me how much longer, after they asked around they told me 5 more minutes..... about to ask for a towel, dry my feet and walk out. No one is in charge, no one was tasked with me as a client next - the water is now cold - extremely disorganized. They throw you in a pedicure tub to keep service instead of telling you honestly how much time it will take. Extremely poor service. There's a reason they have so few stars....
