Luna's Hair Salon in Cathedral City, CA

Terrible haircut, apparently hair cutter doesn't understand what is meant my DON'T CUT MY HAR SHORT. he cut it short anyway, terrible haircut, do not recommend. On top of that, he cut it shorter on one side than the other, WTF!!!!

I called and asked how much for longer than shoulder length hair for full highlights. The girl said $125.00. I get there, have my highlights, blow dry and all of a sudden it's $195.00. Julie says, we didn't see your hair before you came. After arguing with her, I paid. Then I asked her before I left, "How much fir a touch up. She said, If you come at 6 weeks, it's $50. I made an appointment for 6 weeks. 6 weeks later, I call to confirm my 3pm appointment that day. They said, Katy, my stylist isn't there. She's on vacation. They said, Veronica can do it today. I go in fir root touchup of my blonde highlights. When Veronica is done, it's RED!! WTH?? I said what's with the red Veronica? She said that's your highlights. I asked, RED?? Who on earth, would want red on blonde?? I said I looked better when I came here today. Now I have to go on vacation with RED HAIR on top of blonde?? I was bawling my eyes out as they spoke Spanish to each other. I was doomed!! My hair looked DISGUSTING!! She said if you want blonde highlights, it costs $125.00!!! WTH?? Where did that come from?? She said your highlights today is $45. $10 more if you want blow dry, $15 more if you want curling iron!!! Wth again. She said, finally, yoy need to talk to Julie the owner. She'll be back Wednesday. 5 days from then!! She said, Julie didn't explain it to.you right. No charge for today. Hell no will I pay a dollar for this clown hair!! Julie, being the owner, should have called me 2 days prior to tell me Katy will be on vacation, and learn damn English if you're gonna live here and have a business!! Secondly, I believe they only want Spanush clientele...no white people. They rip you off and can't comprehend English as an excuse. Beware of this place, unless your spanish!!

Julia made finding a new stylist seamless. I wish I'd found her years ago!! The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to make sure they understood exactly what I wanted. The way I style my hair has been causing damage over time and Julia gave very sound advice on how to continue to style without causing more damage and to actually start repairing it!! I LOVE THIS PLACE.

Very bad customer service, I signed in with my boys 2 other customer didn't sign in we're taken first while I waiting over a period of 1 hour what a waist of time. Very disappointed at the owner who told me to wait patiently for hair cut.

Been coming here for years hands down the best place to get your haircut done Alfredo is great and always has me looking my best. Everyone is super friendly and nice
