This place has always done excellent manis and pedis. Make sure you make an appointment!! Today, I had Michelle for a pedicure and she is sweetheart, my toes came out perfectly -- but the foot and calf massage was next level. I drooled.
I was visiting Marblehead and decided to try Lucky Nails while in town. I was so impressed! I called around 2:30 to see if they had room and they asked if I could come at 3:30 instead, which I appreciated as I'd rather just come when they're ready instead of wait around. They got me in right away when I came in. The salon was clean and quiet. My tech, Vicky was so great - very kind and gentle and did such a thorough job. Also, they offer Dazzle Dry polish which is something I'd seen a while ago and loved but have never seen at another salon since. I just use regular polish and Dazzle Dry really seems to last longer. My nails looks great and I'm excited they might actually stay like this for a bit!
I have been going to Lucky Nails for years, I can't say enough good things about the quality of service. They are all hard-working and aim to please, and all do an excellent job. They get busy, but do a their best to take care of everyone, I highly recommend Lucky!
I have been a customer here for 10 + years and now I am done. My last 4 pedicures have been terrible. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Lucky Nails won't miss me, no appointment request goes unmet. Arrived tonight and waited 30 minutes for a perfunctory 20 minute pedicure that cost $40 and was repeatedly interrupted by technician who kept jumping up to answer the phone and cash clients out. I wouldn't have even cared about the bad service but the quality of the pedicure was terrible. Lackluster and indifferent. Farewell Lucky Nails, very open to referrals.
Lucky nails is great for manis and pedis. I've have several different women and don and all have been meticulous and efficient! I they can usually fit you in in short notice. Place is clean and following COVID protocols! Highly Recommend!
