My fingers HURT!! I had my nails done by the lady who sits in the first chair. She took her nail drill to just about every single one of my fingers. Only one of my 10 fingers were not bleeding when I left.
Nice shop. They do not take appts., but the two mail techs Paula & Trudy are awesome & the pedi techs are very good. I have tried a couple other places lately & they were awful.
I've been to a few other nail salons and this is my favorite. They are usually busy so you have to dedicate a few hours out of your day but they are super neat/precise. The pricing is not crazy either. They're super friendly and really care about how the outcome looks.
Went in for a fill in, one person ahead of me on sign in paper. They were really busy... about 10 mins they took the lady in front of me on the list. So I was ok- this won't take much longer. Another lady comes in for a pedicure, signs in. I'm still waiting for my fill in, been about 25 mins at this point and they take pedicure lady. I got lil irritated, but after an hour of sitting there and no one even saying anything. It was ridiculous!! Worst customer service! TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER OR LOSE THEM! There are plenty of other nail salons that will take their business.
I came here without an approved but was told it was not a long wait. I waited for about 45 minutes before a young lady told me she could only take me if he next appt. didn't show up. I was a tad frustrated because I had already been waiting and could've just come back later. The appt didn't show up so she was able to take me. In the middle of my manicure, her client arrived. She rushed through my manicure and my pedicure. The pumice stones were reused from other clients, which is gross and it was not a good job at all. My feet still needed a good exfoliation. I wasn't asked what type of pedicure I wanted, no salt or scrub was added to my pedicure water. I will not be returning here.
