I must say this has been the first time I've ever truly enjoy doing my nails. It is beyond beautiful, the tech conversations with her clients. They truly put the clients first! This was my first time, and it will be my last.
I noticed the reviews here are a little outdated, so I wanted to provide an update after the excellent service I received here today!! It's Saturday, they weren't busy, and although there were only two ladies working, I managed to receive a phenomenal pedicure from Mindy and then she got my nails right too! Both of the ladies working made me feel so comfortable, absolutely nothing felt rushed, and I honestly left feeling like I made a new friend! I definitely recommend Lovely Nails if you're in the area and need some pampering!!
My mom, aunt, and cousins all love this place. It's not convenient for me so it's never been my "go-to". My mom has been going for years for pedicures.
My "go-to" was extremely busy the other day so I went out of my way to stop at lovely nails since I knew my fam loved it.
I'm sad to say it was a very disappointing trip. I was paying for a gel manicure. I expected a relaxing 45 min-1hour window where my precious cuticles would be pampered, followed by a polish and hand massage. I was in and out in 20 minutes with WAY too much gel polish residue on my skin because "nails were too short". I'm sorry but I've been going to by "go-to" salon for years with the same length nails and they have never told me my nails were too short and they never leave polish on my skin.
My gel was chipping within the week. My cuticles were in pain. I would not recommend this place for a manicure.
Try the gel pedicure (it's not gel polish) the water in the bowl turns into gel it feels great!
