The owner of the salon was extremely gracious and understanding of the situation and immediately booked a correction appointment free of charge. In a world that sometimes lacks empathy, Jessica (the owner) is a wonderful businesswoman who exudes kindness and professionalism. I truly cannot recommend this place enough.
I am so happy with my hair!! Jessica is amazing, and I am so pleased with how my hair turned out. She blended the highlights so flawlessly and the end result is just incredible. Everyone at Love + Roots is so kind and helpful. I can't wait to be back!
Kiyita is amazing!!! She gave me a full balayage a few months ago and then recently a full highlight and I love love loveeee it. I trust her and will be going back. the salon is super cute, clean, and cozy with an amazing boutique int he front. i love the restroom (haha weird i know) b/c it has a very zen vibe & a lot of space.

That's a daunting task, but I felt fairly confident after reading through reviews for Love+Roots. I took a chance, and I'm a customer for as long as they'll have me! I was paired with Jessica and Anna (may be "Ana"), and I couldn't be happier. Jessica made sure she had a clear picture of exactly what I wanted before beginning. It was pricey, but it was 100% worth it. I have never been happier with my hair! I had allover color and a much needed cut. They are so warm and welcoming, and their talents are evident. I'll be booking a consultation with Kate for some skin care pampering!
I went on to do a hair make over and I LOVED the result. Kiyita did an incredible job. I also enjoyed the place a lot its very cozy. I cant wait to come back.
