Don't be late for your appointment! If you are they won't be able to see you. They were a little rough on my nails. I was burned a few times and my hand was EXTREMELY sore by the end of filing. My nails were shaped beautifully, except for one that looks very crooked but I didn't notice while I was there. I'm sure they would've fixed it as they were very nice about giving me the shape and length I requested. When it came to design it seem to be a big hassle to do an ombré set. The nail tech was nice enough to file it off and try again but the second attempt still looked very blotchy. She only did one nail to show me, and I think it was because she was practicing or hadn't done it before. They asked another tech to do it but she said she didn't have time and it was a little uncomfortable to sit there for 15 minutes while they talked about me. I honestly didn't think an ombré would be that hard especially since a customer next to me was getting the exact same thing. In the end someone different finished my nails and I switched the design to make it faster since I'd been there for 2 hours at this point. I'm happy with the way my nails came out, but it was a little uncomfortable in the moment.

I was happy to find this salon, after trying others and not being satisfied. All of the ladies here work hard at taking care of me every time I come. I never feel rushed, even when I could see it's a busy day. They are friendly and warm, and not only remember how I like nails and toes done but things about family and vacations as well! Nikki, the owner is very kind and accommodating and always has a smile on her face. During my pedicure, Mam and I were talking about Thai food. A short while later she called me to pick up some delicious soup and spring rolls that she had made for me. I can't say enough about how much I love it here!

I decided to give this local nail salon a try. I called up an appointment and scheduled with Nikki. I got the acrylic nails done. And oh my god, it was the most painful experience. As the other review said, instead of soaking and safely removing the nail polish coat, she uses a electric file which not only was completely unsanitary but also hurtful. I had flinched away from her a few times during the manicure and she just gave me a look. It took about half an hour and when we were done, she mocked me for tipping $5 by card rather than cash. I suppose people forget that tipping is optional. The nails acrylic nails looked fine when they were finished but the pain was still there and the next day after. I did not realize why there was pain but when the nails began to grow out, I could see it. The electric file had torn down my nails making them weak, brittle and infected due to the unsafe and unsanitary application.

ZERO ZERO ZERO. Worst experience ever! Regular mani and pedi colors extremely limited. I had to wait about 5 minutes for the lady to start so she could finish texting whoever. I felt like I was in a torture chamber while she dug away at my skin. The stench from the back was unbearable. She talked to another coworker the entire time she did my pedi. Her hair kept touching my legs. I like to relax while I get my nails done, not here, pure aggravation, stay away!

Worst manicure ever, not only did it take 2 hours for my service(not because they were taking there time doing a good job), they charge an extra dollar for debit card uses (no signage reflecting this) my nails look terrible, paint on my skin, uneven. I asked the lady 6 or 7 times to fix my nails until I just gave up. I will never go back here.. I really wish I would have listened to the reviews.
