Waited over an hour and a half (even though I had an appointment) before I decided to leave without getting my nails done... the time before that I waited 35 mins before I was seen and on both occasions I was on time for my apt... so there's no point in making an appointment if you're trying to work with a schedule.
walked in at 4:45 salon owner said they were closing at 5:00 . just needed a pedicure .. would not take me. told me to come back on Monday ! advised I was in town visiting . owner refused .
They did an ok job, not great. But why did I call to make an appointment to arrive and find they don't seem to have a book or any other form of schedule? Frustrating to arrive and have to wait more than 30 min for service.
Came in for a gel color change. Previous color from a different salon had chipped. Was late for my appointment and asked to wait 30 minutes. So I ran across the street to run an errand. Came back and was seen by a technician. Beyond happy with my change and service.
I was happy they were able to fit me in last min. The prices are reasonable however, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They were really rude and rushed me when i asked questions about my color selection.
