Lisa is the sweetest person ever! I walked in to Haven today, looking to get my bangs trimmed, thinking that I'd have to wait a while. She told me to sit down in the chair and just went to town on my bangs!!!! I asked her what I owed, and she said "Nothing". I was floored by her generosity and obvious skill in her craft. I am new to the Seattle area and was referred here by a friend from work, and now I know why. I called this salon to book an appointment but it was a Saturday so most of the stylists were gone/ or booked, they called me back almost immediately and booked me for Sunday, I had dark brown hair and wanted to go an ashy blue, Brooke was my stylist and I couldn't be happier, she was sweet, sassy, honest, and genuine, it took a lot to get my hair blonde and she could've done the blue but was honest and told me I should wait a week to give my scalp a breather! luckily the blonde came out beautifully, and even, she was attentive and sweet and gave me a deal (as I called other salons for pricing before going in) I am super hyped on the customer service and even happier at how my hair came out and I'm still not even done yet! I fully recommend this place, book with Brooke!
I have been going to Lisa for over 3 years now and I cannot say enough good things about her. Even though I pretty much stick to the same style, Lisa always asks what I would like to do today, listens intently, and delivers an amazing cut each time, I never feel rushed or pressured to change it up. She gives great attention and care to my cut and each time I come away absolutely loving my hair. Lisa is also super easy going and very easy and fun to chat to. I know she will be my stylist for as long as I live in Seattle.
