Lindseys Salon & Day Spa in Lubbock, TX

I went here and Lisa Hernandez gave my hair a trim and also highlights just to brighten up my hair.I would have never found this salon or stylist if it were not for a friend who set up the appointment for me. There seems to be a lot of stylists here and everyone was really friendly and greeting each other. Each stylist seems to have their own private suite which is nice! The shampoo area is shared between stylists.As far as my hair is concerned, my hair my husband said is the best it has ever looked. I love how it turned out as well and Lisa was friendly and ready for my appointment immediately. Even the color for highlights was ready when I showed up for my appointment and that's never happened with previous stylists I've seen at other salons. Definitely recommend Lisa!

I'm a guy so it feels a little odd to be going to a salon however, the girls here make me feel welcomed. I go to Kat Mathiews, she is awesome.

Lindsey's Salon may have really great stylists, but I was not given the chance to find out due to their terrible customer service. I'm new to Lubbock so I'm looking for a new salon to make my go-to place to get my hair cut. I found a Groupon for Lindsey's and was really excited to visit the salon based on the great reviews written here on Yelp. I tried to schedule an appointment online, but waited nearly 3 or 4 days and did not receive a confirmation phone call like I was supposed to. I finally called into the salon, and the woman who answered the phone told me they had received my scheduling request. Ok, so why didn't you call me back then? She then told me that I would need to contact Allison, the stylist whose name was listed on my Groupon. She gave me Allison's personal cell phone number and told me to text her. How unprofessional! I texted Allison, and did not ever receive a response. Groupon also tried to contact the business on my behalf, and yet still I received no phone call confirming my appointment. Over a week and a half later, I am frustrated and will not be giving my business to such a poorly run salon. Save your time and get your hair cut somewhere that the stylists actually care about your business.

Lindsey's is the best place to get your haircut in Lubbock, TX, both for men and women. I have used Ashley Vaughn in Lubbock for many years. I followed her to Lindsey's when she went there from the Texas Tech area. The spa is clean and newly renovated. The help is very nice and courteous. Men you can also pick up gifts for the lady right there in the shop or spa. Sometimes I find that perfect spa package just for my wife. So far I am batting 1000. Ashley, also cuts my wife's hair. She started with Ashley, when Ashley moved to Lindsey's. Believe me when a woman likes her hair it is wonderful. Even now years latter, she comes home and says someone bragged on my hair today. For me, a husband, that is a very blessed feeling. I'm glad she decided to go to Lindsay's to see Ashley. A LITTLE HISTORY! In the past, I remember driving my wife from Ft Worth to Mesquite TX just for a trim. That was a 3 hour round trip drive in the metroplex, not including the time it took for the style and trim. I remember the tears, when she came home and she hated the cut or style she received at other shops. Then a coworker recommended a lady in Mesquite and we made that journey for 3 years. Ashley is wonderful, cute and gracious and she keeps my wife happy and I do not have to drive back to Mesquite. Keep up the good work. Thanks Ashley

Lindsey's on 83rd is THE best place in Lubbock to get your hair cut! I go to Megan Keyes and she is wonderful! It took me five years to find someone who could cut my hair the way I liked it, after my hairstylist left, and she does an even better job than he did. This salon is clean, up to beat, and the staff is so courteous and polite! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
