Boy, has this place went downhill!!! Stopped there and only 1 person working. Receptionist told me they are closed Friday & Saturday? The busiest days for a salon to be open & they are closed??? My cousin who used to go there all the time, is now going somewhere else. Don't know what is going on there, but its not good!
Was just in this salon for almost 3 hours and I was there for only a hair cut! I made an apt and was there 5 mins early. 30 mins went by and the woman I had my apt with was still not done with the person she had in her chair. The very sweet Receptionist called and spoke to a manager and then they offered me a free body egg session and that was awesome of them and I really Appreciated that. 1pm comes around and mind you my apt was at 12. But 1 comes around and I finally get in the chair and show the woman a picture of how I'd like my hair. My hair was already a long inverted bob and I just basically wanted it shorter in the back and stacked a little. So I sit there and trust that she will do a great job. Well I was wrong. Finally at 2:40pm she turns my chair around and I was very shocked. The front was way shorter than the picture I had showed her. And the back and sides are uneven and choppy. I'm pretty upset and will not be going back to this salon. For spending almost 3 hours in this salon just for a dang hair cut I would expect it to look at least a little like I had asked for it too.
This salon's employees go above and beyond for their customers. A group of my girlfriends and I had our "Girls Night Out" mani and pedi session here last month and it turned out to be so fun! They offered wine and let us bring our own bottles. They had pretty jars with fruit drinks on ice ready and also provided lots of snacks for us too! The girls did a great job on the mani-pedis and were all very friendly and nice.
