Le's Nails in Freeport, IL

Wow oh wow!!! If I could give a zero this place would get triple Zero! A good friend and I came into get a pedicure, we asked for the classic with gel polish! It was 43.00 a piece! After a long day all we wanted was to sit back and enjoy a comfortable pedicure! Well not what she got! Mine well wasn't so bad, but it still want the best! I watched as she was getting hers! That man did nothing like it should of been! He rushed her through it! He didn't trim or clean up the nails She had to ask for a trim of the nails and he did only the big toe! And that needs to be redone! He paid no attention to what he was doing for her at all! I could tell he was rushing through it and she looked very uncomfortable through it! She wouldn't say anything! But I sure wanted to! But by now it was getting late and we just wanted to get the hell out of there! So I called a couple days later to talk to the manager! I said we were the two ladies that come in for a pedicure about 4:30 Saturday and we were sat in chairs 3 and 4!! This man new right away who we were! Well that was until I told him the compliment! He said he couldn't do anything about the horrible work that was done if he didn't know who did them! I no he knew who the man was that did them! He was talking to both the men while they were doing our pedicure!! He tells me there is nothing he can do till we come back!! REALLY GO BACK??? Are you kidding me! This place pushes you through so damn fast it's crazy! So for the prices they charge and the job they do! Stay away from them! As for clean and sanitary that is something else that should be talked about! Don't get me started! Stay away from LES NAILS IN FREEPORT ILL

I LOVE THEMM!!he took a long time shaping though I don't mind he was kind and nothing wrong with the nails i don't know why you guys complain about their English bcs it's pretty good!

Made an appointment... got here and still had to wait 40 minutes before even being seated. They originally put me in a pedicure chair that was wobbling on the floor and didn't even have the massage feature. Finally moved me to another chair and I sat with my feet in the water for another 40 minutes and still was not taken care of. I got up and put my shoes on to THEN be recognized that I still hadn't been done. Meanwhile my 3 other friends were done by this point. Ended up just getting a polish change...then charged me 33 dollars

I've been there several times and have been satisfied with their work. Only once did I have to ask for a redo of the shaping. It was the older lady and she seemed to have a problem seeing what she was doing. The other people are great!

so i came here yesterday night and got a full set of acrylics and the lady that did me completely messed me up she cut 4 different fingers of mine and did nothing like the reference photo. i didn't really say anything because they were closing so i thought i could just complain tmr or something. so i called this morning and i told them what was going on with my nails and how they were bleeding and burned and he just hung up right on my face do i just drove all the way back here to show them and tell them that i wanted them fixed or a refund and they just sat here screaming in my face telling me that they did it right and that they aren't going to fix them and totally ignored the fact that my cuticles are cut tf up! i have never been so mistreated at a nail salon in my life!
