the guy doing my nails had an open wound and wasn't wearing gloves...not the most sanitary thing, i had to look away  because i was very uncomfortable. 3 different people were doing my nails so i was constantly repeating what i wanted and they ended up horrible anyways. will not be going back.

Prices not clear. They charged way more than was listed. Asked for basic pedicure and charged me 15 bucks over listed price. asked about it and person was not easy to talk to and didn't explain anything. Two of my girls had manicures and acrylic nails did not look good and both lost multiple nails immediately.

I've been coming here for the past couple years and the service has been fine. Today was absolute trash. He had my feet in the water for I know less than 10 minutes. Did not scrub my heels although he claimed he did and I was done in like 20 minutes. Felt like rushed service. Definitely not coming back. Pedicure prices have gone up and the service is worse. I am pissed. Don't come here. It's the tall guy. And I'm surprised bc he was the one who had done my feet before. Not sure what tf their problem is but they need to fix this. Didn't ask which pedicure service I wanted or anything but he wanna turn around and talk to all the other customers in there and not pay attention to the client he's working on.  Then when I told him he didn't scrub my feet he said I did and if I was paying attention and not on my phone I would've noticed. Horrible service. If you're Black, don't go here. It's very obvious they give preferential treatment to their white customers.

I was recommended to come here by many coworkers so I was very excited when coming here since I have heard such good things. I asked for the below picture they had let me know it would have been 65 dollars for those nails after shaping and everything but what I actually got done would only be 55 so I was going to be charged an extra $10 for an extra line. I asked for coffin and a lot of the nails weren't shaped correctly or just off even the placement of some of them were crooked. Even when I pointed it out to my technician it wasn't corrected. Maybe it was just the technician I had but she did not care at all about the nails. I really wanted to give this place a chance. I also brought my friends with me to get her nails done and while I was getting mine done she got a pedicure; she is very indecisive and didn't know if she wanted gel. She decided against it and when she was paying the person checking her out told her that maybe she should get gel next time when she has more money. Overall it was not a good experience sad to say after hearing so many good reviews.

Great service.  I enjoyed the mani pedi! I was new to the area so I was unaware that we had to bring our own nail car kit.
