I would definitely not recommend this salon. I was treated with antagonism on more than 1 occasion for being specific about how I liked my nails. Not at all a customer service focused establishment.
No credit cards or debit cards accepted here. Only cash. Who carry's cash nowadays? Anyways, made appointment and then left because I didn't have cash.
I went here for a pedicure last week because my usual guy was booked. The woman doing my pedicure took my old polish off with a little electric sander. I thought that it was a new way to remove toenail polish. In the process she cut into the tissue on the side of the toe. It hurt like crazy. She apologized with a smile. Then she just kept going until she finished all ten toes. After that she put some thick green stuff where she dug into my big toe earlier. It stung like crazy. I shrieked. Again she apologized with a smile. She did not ask my permission to put that green stuff on my toe. I later found out that the electric sander is used on gel polish which I've NEVER had! The area around the toe swelled, oozed and still hurts over a week later. And all the other toenails ached from the sander. I will never go here again.
I have been going to this salon for over 7 years and I have had nothing but excellent service. Mary is the best she remembers what is going on in your life and engages the conversation to include those things. I have brought her pictures and she does what ever I want, I have never been disappointed. Please try this salon you won't be disappointed
I absolutely love this nail salon. Mary the owner is great at doing my nails. She always makes me feel welcomed and she always remembers my name and what I like. This is a great place to go for a personalized experience.
