Wonderful experience on a Saturday. Called in the AM and was able to schedule an appointment for later that afternoon. I was helped right away once I arrived, and enjoyed a great pedicure! Thank you!
I have gone to Le Nails over the years and have always had a pleasant experience. Went tonite and had the opposite. They were so rushed (despite being empty when I walked in), brusque and ghost-lighted me when I asked for a dip pedicure (they have big signs they do dip now). Both the man and woman insisted that there is no such thing as dip pedicure despite the fact that I told them I have had it done before multiple times. Oh, and despite advertise wax but they don't have anyone to do wax anymore. Not sure if this was an anomaly or if there is new management but I won't be back. Least relaxing experience I've ever had at a salon. The pedicure looks ok though.
I had a really solid experience here on Mother's Day. My friend and I escaped the kiddo's. They only had 2 people working, and they mentioned it's been really hard to find staff, so thankfully we had reservations. They had great massage chairs and mini water bottles available. I went with the gel mani and regular pedi for $80, which is a bit steep, relative to the Bay where I'm paying about $65. But, this did include a great warm stone leg massage. My friend didn't love her experience as much as she mentioned the woman doing her toes was going really hard on her cutices, causing some pain and even a little cut. The owner quickly took over and all was fine. Colors were a bit limited on the shelf, but all good. Overall a bit bare bones, but quality was still there. It's been 8 days and the gel mani is still going strong. Solid spot, for sure.
I will never go back here. They nicked my cuticles multiple times and blood was drawn. I doubt they thoroughly clean their utensils which is worrisome. There was nail polish and acrylic residue all over my fingers afterwards. Overall, the full set manicure looks awful and not worth the price.
