The absolute worst pedi i have ever had. New to town, I was looking for a place to visit frequently for pedicures. They burned my nail bed with their drill. I have never had that happen before. It was awful. Go ANYWHERE else.
The nail tech cut my toes twice causing them to bleed. I told her she cut me and she told me it was just the color of left over red polish. I told her she was wrong and I was in pain but she didn't agree w me. She sprayed alcohol on my toes and burning was an understatement. Finally, she was moved over to another client and the girl that answers the phones finished the work on my pedicure. I told her I was cut and she spoke in another language to the tech and was told the drill bit was dull. She did re do some of the work from the first tech and I left w the pedicure finished, but now I'm nursing two lesions.
I'm not a happy camper. I won't be back and I do not recommend this salon.
I wish 0 stars was an option. Never go here. We made an appointment days in advance for 4 people. When we showed up there were 2 workers and they told us nobody else was coming. If they have labor issues they should relay that message. When we said we were on a time limit and to only do 2 of us, they tried to tell us that we would be fine on time. We will never be back and I guarantee you go somewhere else.
I've been to A LOT of salons in my 47 years on this planet and I can honestly say I love this place! Princess is just adorable, always smiling and helpful. Nora does an amazing pedicure in clean massage chairs ... love the chairs. Dani does my nails, I prefer gel. She's amazing! My nails always look on point!
Everything was perfect--friendly staff, clean environment, great prices, good selection of colors, and a very fine job on my nails. The ventilation system is powerful enough to spare you from breathing any fumes. And Mandy gave me a wonderful foot massage like nothing I've ever had! I can't understand why this place isn't rated five stars. Apparently there are some disgruntled ex-employees out there driving down the ratings. As far as I can tell, this is the best nail salon in town! Go and see for yourself.
