I had a gel manicure and a regular pedicure and the only reason I'm not giving one star is bc the pedicure came out fine .. my gel manicure lasted FIVE days . My nails were uneven and my cuticles looked like someone sawed them down .. I asked for a simple design and my lady took 20+ mins to do it I had said I would change the design bc it was definitely something to complex for her After she was done she used a cuticle cutter to peel the mess around my nails and my ring finger was so sore and inflamed I had to soak it for 2 days .
I think the woman who did my pedicure did a fine job except she was so miserable and clearly did not want to be there. I made a simple remark that $25 for the regular pedicure I received was a bit expensive. She and another woman started speaking badly of me in Spanish thinking I didn't understand. Very rude and unprofessional! They lost my business indefinitely.
I've been going to LCN for about 5 months. Dan is excellent at gel polish and gel manicure. They are always perfect. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the pedicures are average. The gel fill / gel polish is very affordable at $35. I will continue to go back
I was not really impressed. My husband and I went last minute for pedicures and yes they got us right in without any wait at all, they rushed through our pedicures. I had to fix my husband's toenails once we got home and I could have done a better job with my French Polish that I paid extra for. My husband and I were both looking forward to a relaxing calf and foot massage ending as it states in their pamphlet that you'll get, it lasted about 2 minutes in all.. From the time we walked in to the time we left was about 20 mins. Definitely disappointed. The ladies were nice and the place was clean, but that was about it.
Tina gave me a pedicure and was very gently. I'm not used to getting pedicures and very ticklish. She did a great job and was extremely kind. Paraffin wax on heals and light leg and foot massage. Great experience for $25.
