La'Reine Nails and Bar in Tulsa, OK

i got my nails done by them in a black it started to peel and they fixed then and they stated peeling again and try to make it seem as if it was my fault and then I came back and got pink nails they made me pay after I already spent unnecessary money on them and they are peeling again ! I will never ever go back to them .

Cons: my friend and I have been here once before. It was several years ago and it was an OK experience. Nothing bad happened, but it wasn't exceptional. At that time, we had another place we really liked going to, so we just went back there. This place didn't offer us any of the drinks they offered the other reviewers?

Pros: came back years later. it's 430p on a Sunday and most places aren't even open Sundays. And if they are they close at five. My husband suggested I try this place again. I'm so glad I did! Everyone here was so kind and friendly. Kim was my technician. She did a good job. Gave a great massage. And I trusted her with my cuticles. I get kind of nervous about having my cuticles cut. No complaints. I would definitely come back here. Plus, they're cheaper than our usual place.

I'm giving 3 stars because it was just one nail tech although I should leave one star. But she did not do a good job on my nails, it was very half-a$$. I went in for a pedicure, and she was about to paint my nails with left over polish still on. I had to tell her to remove the left over polish. She did not file the surface of my nails flat or cut my nails evenly. She painted the nails and they were streaky instead of a solid color. By the time I noticed how bad they looked she had started working on someone else so I leaned over to my mom like "this looks really bad my nails look better when I paint them" so my mom mentioned it to her when she walked up to get her manicure and the lady said "well why didn't she tell me." Anyway she straightened one nail up and added another coat so they are now decent since they aren't streaky. But they are still crooked. Then I left a tip and she didn't say thank you. The pedicure was $32 which is high in my opinion, and I left a $3 tip even though she did a crappy job and she did not even say thank you. $35 for sub par toenails is high. A simple thank you would have made me not waste my time doing the review but I'm like nah buddy you do a crappy job I still tip you and you don't say thank you? So now I have to leave a review.

My gel fill and polish change on my toes looked pretty good and I was done in less than an hour even though it did feel a bit rushed! Even had a complimentary strawberry margarita and my friend had wine since we were spending over 45.00. Tammy was a very rude but she did a really good job and was fast, which is exactly what I was looking for! Everyone but one guy was rude too and stayed on his phone the whole time. Displeased with the service but satisfied with my nails. Not sure if I'll go back yet.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, the lady that did my full set did them in about thirty minutes. The shaping is horrible, the polish job is horrible. She even stopped my service to look and fix another woman's nails. It was completely obvious she was rushing and did not care about my nails. No oil was applied afterwards. The acrylic was stuck to my skin under my nails. When I asked her to fix the unevenness on one nail she filed off some of the polish. I will be going to another salon tomorrow to have them removed and redone. It will be worth the money because this is embarrassing. Do not come here. Terrible service and terrible job.
