I absolutely love this place. The best part is that it's a few minutes away from my house. It's under new ownership, new staff and they've renovated the whole interior as well. They also installed new pedicure stations! The staff is always kind and professional. I've been with May for over 5 years for my nail and wax services. I highly recommend!
Used to be Platinum Nails, taken over by Manager Danny, not a fan after today, after nails done on Friday today I noticed part over nail cracked, went in for him to fix, thinking he would do the nail over, but no, he simply painted over the nail and tried to blame my nail polish (Essie which I brought in) I disagree his acrylics are not up to par and I don't use their polish. Kevin did a great job in the past on my nails, but it's time to move on to a new place, this salon is dead and no ones going there, while it's convenient in location, they try hard but to not redo a nail and only paint over it in my opinion is sub par!
Today i came as a walk in new client! They took me right away for a pedicure ! Rosa was lovely she took her time and my pedicure was relaxing and nice! I love that they bag the supplies used on your feet for the next visit! That makes me feel good that they are super clean! The new owner was so nice! He gave me a brochure of what they offer he was very welcoming as soon as i came into the salon! He was able to take me for my nails to right after my pedicure! I was overall happy with my services! I will deff come back ! Next time i will upgrade my pedi for sure they have some really nice pedi spa treatments! I wish the new owner the best of luck !
This place does a horrible rush job. My nails lifted the next day. That's super shoddy work. Don't go there is you like nice nails
I'm a little ticked off. They get 3 stars for being personable and having decent prices but zero stars for nail quality. One day after getting gel nails (I wanted lcn but she said if I'm painting them it's a waste of money to do the non brand name version.... We will see how they hold up), I realized my nails were all crooked and wider than my nail bed on my left hand. My right hand was perfect. There was simply too much material slapped on there. She fixed it but not very well, saying because she had to glue tips on, they are wider than my natural nail.... But my right hand was perfect. Well my middle finger on my left hand is literally pointing up to the sky.... Today my right thumb nail came cleanly right off as if it was never adhered to my nail bed at all! Guess what? They close at 5pm on Saturdays and are closed Sundays. I'm going to find another salon. I'm not bothering with this place.
